I have had about 5 of these crystal blocks made and all have been perfect. This one however is not up to their usual standard and due to postal situation it would not be possible to get a replacement in time for Xmas.

I was not expecting great results as I took a picture with my mobile from a framed, hand drawn picture hanging on a wall in black and white...All I can say is WOW. Thank you so much for this quality product.

I ordered a 3D Crystal Vega for our friends who are due to celebrate their 25th Wedding Anniversary. I had a beautiful picture of them which was etched into the crystal. The likeness was amazing and it was so clear as was the message. Not given it to them as not quite their Anniversary but I am sure they will be thrilled as something different
