Sensitive Data
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, criminal convictions or offences and information about your health.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or to fulfil a contract between us and you do not provide us with the data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (e.g. delivery of goods or services) and we may have to cancel your order. Personal Photographs
Any photographs submitted as part of an order are stored on our computer systems in digital format. They are retained for a period of time after order processing to assist with any post-order query or repeat order requests. However, after seven days and up to a maximum 13 weeks (depending on our file management deletion cycle), all copies are deleted. If you would like your images to be deleted immediately after order completion, or retained by us, please advise us accordingly and we will comply with your request.
