How long will it take before I receive my order? 
All orders are sent by first class mail. We state 5 working days but endeavor to get all received orders posted within 3 days. This may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc. If you are unsure or need your order sooner then please contact us. 

Does postage apply to every additional item I order? 
£3.95/£4.95 is charged for the first item and additional charges may be added where 2 or more items are ordered. This will depend upon the individual items ordered. Adding products to the basket will show the total postage and packing charges.

Do you deliver outside of the UK? 
Yes, we deliver to most countries around the world.
