Laserpics is committed to providing quality personalised products.  When you buy from our online shop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read them and if you have any queries on any aspect of your agreement with us, or have any suggestions or comments to make, please contact us.  Our details are at the foot of this page.

Making a Purchase

Buying a personalised crystal gift from Laserpics is designed to be easy and enjoyable.  Just browse our store and add your chosen items for purchase to the shopping cart. You will then be asked to upload an image and text if required. Please understand that the image engraved will be dependant on the quality of the photograph. Text will be limited to 40 characters including spaces and will be suitably laid out to maximise image size.  When you have finished shopping, click on “Check Out”.  You will then be asked for a few details in order to process your order.  Please read our Privacy Policy below for reassurance on the information provided.

Personalised Gifts

To personalise gifts, we require your uploaded image, text (if required) and font style. The quality of the engraving will be dependant on the quality of the photograph. Text will be suitably laid out to maximise image size. On any gifts involving photographs, you must own the copyright or have copyright permission. We can work from existing prints which must be scanned and uploaded or emailed. You can also post the print to us with your requirements; digital images can be uploaded or emailed to us.  We will contact you if we need order clarification.   

Payment & Security

All prices for our gifts are inclusive of taxes. Payment is due at the point of ordering, and can be by credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.  Credit card details are protected by a Bank-approved Java encryption system using 128-bit encryption.  Details are not held in clear text on any website, and only decrypted after reaching our computer.  If you prefer not to send your card details in this way, please call us.  In the unlikely event that your chosen item is not in stock, you will have the option of cancelling if you cannot wait for us to order it in. Your paypal receipt will be in the name of the business owner Kirit Thakore and marked from email address kirit.thakore@googlemail.com

Returns Policy
    
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, details of which can be seen at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm  Personalised goods purchased from us will normally fall under clause 13(c).  The exception to this is a change of mind about your purchase.

If an item has a mistake which was due to an error on behalf of Laserpics then we will replace or reinburse you. If an item is made and the error was on the order then the item will be deemed to be made as ordered. We will in all events endeavour to come to a happy conclusion.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose customers’ information to third parties, other than in the fulfilment of processing orders.  In these instances details go no further.

Any photographs submitted as part of an order are stored on our computer systems in digital format.  They are retained for a period of time after order processing to assist with any post-order query or repeat request.  However, after seven days and up to a maximum 13 weeks (depending on our file management deletion cycle), all copies are deleted.  If you would like your images to be deleted immediately after order completion, or retained by us, please advise us accordingly and we will comply with your request.

Cookies

Cookies are used by us to: (a) keep track of customers’ shopping cart contents; (b) store delivery addresses, and (c) as part of the “Remember Me” option.  They also form part of the log-in process.  You can disable cookies within your browser by going to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy and ticking the “block cookies” box.  However, this action will prevent you from placing orders on this site and benefiting from other features.  Data collected by Laserpics is used to: (a) take and fulfil orders; (b) administer and enhance our service and site; and (c) for goods delivery purposes.
